Uploading Transcripts

So I just got my login portal and they're asking me to upload my transcripts. However, they're not just asking for my transcript from my high school, they're asking me to include my transcripts from other schools that I had taken summer school at (since I have included them in the education section on ouac) what should I upload for those? The same high school transcript or should I include the report cards from the schools I did summer school at?
