So need some advice, we did some work on an office floor and a ceiling tile fell out, no damage to anything or anyone and we actually repaired to ceiling to make it safer than it actually was even though it wasn't our fault.
Anyway the company who is on the floor has emailed pictures of myself and the 2 others we were working with from the cctv to the building firm.
My question is are they allowed to take our images off of the cctv and send it to anyone without my.permission for them to do so etc?
