I keep dreaming about him! 42 with younger ex.

I broke up with my ex almost three years ago (10 years younger) . I have moved on at least I thought so. I keep dreaming about him. Last night I dreamt that he was cheating on me I was mad and he asked why I was so mad then he was in my bed shirtless belly up waiting for me. All I wanted to do was kiss and hold him. Even now Iām getting choked up think about it. WHY CANT I LET HIM GO!!!! Help!
