I'm going to a semi-traditional Persian wedding; a homeboy of mine is getting married. I'll probably be one of the only Asians, but I *always* feel right at home :) The wedding will be in Brooklyn but I booked a hotel near Times Square since I don't wanna be sequestered into just the wedding area.
I've been to and from NYC dozens of times but I made no time to explore because it was all purely work-related. This time, I extended my stay in NYC a little longer so I could take a mini vacation away from sunny ol' California. I booked the hotel near my friend's place in Times Square, so I'll be going back and forth to his house doing things. However, I still wanna do exciting solo things especially meet new Bi/Gay guys around my age and do social things.
My friend told me that Gay nightlight in NYC doesn't compare to West Hollywood...but I'd like to experience it at least once. I'm not a drinker, but I get high off of good vibes and good people. I'm also looking for advice on what things I should do solo while I'm here, group activities to do with other Bi/Gay guys, etc.
Let me know if any of you cool bros have any suggestions, looking to make new friends/acquaintances, or just wanna chat.
P.S. I'll learn to stfu when I'm in an Uber because my first time riding in an NYC Uber, the driver said Californians talk too much and then gave me my first 4/5 stars - hah!
