Thoughts on Marriage & Children?
Post Body

Perhaps this is a more serious topic compared to other content on this subreddit, but I wanted to take some space to ask my fellow gaysians about how do y'all feel about marriage and children?

Personally, I kind of always assumed that I would get married and have kids, coming from a pretty traditional asian/confucian family background (me being gay is a non-issue for them). And after a lot of thought and reflection, I do want to eventually get married and have a family. Currently in my mid-twenties, I feel like I'm still wayyyy too young to start that process lol but old enough that I start thinking about when would I like to get married, what kind of parent would I be, qualifying potential partners based on whether they would be good husband/co-dad material, etc.

Out of my gaysian (and even non-gay asian) friends, I'm pretty much the only one who actually wants to settle down like this, so I just wanted to see if others feel the same way, or have other opinions/views. I would love to hear y'all out on this topic (staying very respectful and serious ofc)!
