I live in a small city in the Philippines and mind you, hot guys here with Grindr is just a miracle. When I first started going to the gym, there was this very hot guy. I kinda sensed he's not straight but I did not further assume. I looked at his fb profile but it's very straight-looking haha.

He's in and out in the city so we don't get to interact much except for spots and bro fists which is gym tradition.

I re-installed my Grindr and then voila, there was he! Haha. I was really surprised. I really wanted to make a move like just wanted to be friends with him without being invasive. I thing he's not out yet himself so this would be a sensitive process. Do you have any tips on how I'd do it?
