Before online there were no dating apps, no webcam, but there was still lots of action!

Sexy mens underwear didn't exist in the 80s but via adverts in printed gay magazines it was possible to get anything you wanted. I had ordered about 10 different sexy, eotic male tangas and thongs for myself and at the same time the person selling them asked if I would like to sell some locally and to friends.

He offered me quite a large collection in different sizes and colours on a good commission basis (a bit like a tuperware agent for those who remember)?

It sounded like fun and who knows who I might meet? So, I started putting the word around gyms, bars and clubs that had a good gay following. I was surprised how fast word got around (even before social media!) and within the first week I was half way through my stock. David, the guy that was supplying me with the stock was also very pleased with my sales and sent me even more items. I now had a huge selection of kinky underwear, elasticated hipster shorts in lycra but also a small collection of cockrings, dildos and vibrators.

I had never had so many guys over the floor and I offered the extra service that they could try things (within reason) for size. I actually never had a 'no sale' and everyone left with something. It did, of course sometimes get quite sensual and even sexual as I always tried to give a helping hand and personal service where it was needed. Polaroid cameras were all the rage in the 80's and I soon found that I could ask my customers if I could take some underwear shots that I could use to show my customers what items I had on offer. Many guys also asked for the photos for themselves and I started to sell almost as many photos as pieces of underwear.

Of course lots more "action" went on during my "tuperware party's" and photo shoots, but that's another story!
