Question about videos- any help/advise is greatly appreciated!!!

Hey, for those of you who make money on your videos, can you tell which videos make a certain amount of money or does it all go into like a general account? I would like to find some collab partners and compensate them fairly based on how much the video makes. Is that a good way of doing it, or should I pay them a set amount or just put the video on both accounts and leave it at that? Just getting into all this and trying to figure it out. TIA!!!
