Nervous and back out…

Hiya everyone! I am a 26 yr old bottom. I have Grindr and talk with plenty of people. I wear a chastity cage and usually a plug all day every day.
I am looking for help about calming the nerves before meeting up. I have met with a few people but end up getting so nervous I puke and then just leave. Any tips or help on what to do would be appreciated!
