Hoping for good neighbors

Some houses for sale in the neighborhood. Really hoping for a couple possibilities to ensure good stories follow.
Scenario 1: need a gay couple open to playing with a good neighbor and having some fun.
Scenario 2: an older man who needs to dom his neighbor and turn him into a slut for personal use.
Sure we'll get boring neighbors but will update if any of these scenarios comes close
