Weigh Yourself Wednesday

Hi all!
Unfortunately, I’m back up to 182.6. Thanksgiving was really tasty...and it’s fine. I’m not being too hard on myself. What I did do is buy a food scale and started weighing out my portions and doing a bit of meal prep.
How’s everyone else doing? Don’t be ashamed if you’ve gained. Power through and keep going.
