Happy weigh-in day!

I didn't quite meet my goal of 160 but I am fairly close at 162. If I continue to lose 1/2 lb per day I'll be sitting at 157 by the time I take my trip next week. My focus has been food and not exercise. I've moved to a vegan diet and still staying away from carbs. So far so good. I'm hoping to make a shift to at least running a few times a week if nothing else.

How'd the week go for the rest of you?
