Protein Powder?

Hey, (sorry about the TMI in advance).
I’ve always suffered from some minor IBS (Irritable-Bowel Syndrome) issues and I was just wondering if anyone in a similar boat had some recommendations for Protein Supplements that don’t screw with their stomachs too much.
(Just trying to have a nicer body, lose the fat, maybe gain a bit of muscle if I’m lucky. Don’t know if that changes anything 😅)
