Advice on muscle group training

I hit the gym 4-5 days and swim as well . Looking to start doing more of a full body , upper and lower body split or push pull split ect . Just looking for some advice as google searches overwhelmed me lol. Currently 6”4 and about 85kgs and been building up weight and muscle over many years (probably ectomorph at beginning). Any advice appreciated ! Cheers
