Hey everyone! I never been to the gym before and don’t know much about it but I’d like to go. I have a pretty toned body, and abs are there, though not visible at all times. I have a twink-ish body and don’t want to change anything about it, I just want to workout for my health mostly. However, I wouldn’t complain if there’s any exercises to make my butt bigger 🫣 Can anyone help, what exercises should I do?
