So as a way to control my eating intake, I have turned back to intermittent fasting. I am currently in a 12:12 ish split. I usually don't eat my first meal at work until 1pm. And I tend to eat my last meal asound 10 or 11pm. This is due to the fact that I work from 9am until almost 7pm, and then I go to the gym. So by the time I get home to eat dinner.(I'm only eating lunch and dinner with a snack in between) It is almost 9 or 10 o'clock. I do the usual things to Prevent hunger until 1 PM. drinking tea and increasing my water intake.
I just wanted any advice if there was a way to optimize it or work with my schedule better.
