How much calories or grams of protein should I be consuming a day?

I am starting my fitness journey. I have been on and off but now I really want to be consistent and starting to look out for what I eat.

I try using online resources but it so confusing. So I guess I want to ask here on this platform:

  1. I am 5ā€™4

  2. My weight swings between 135-140

  3. For the past month I work out 4 x a day (feel like Iā€™m not seeing results)

  4. Goal is to try to gain muscle weight and mass

  5. I guess I am trying to have the same physique as Bretman Rock - current body is like skinny and a little fat

  6. I sometimes struggle to eat three times a day just due to busy schedule and corporate job

What are some of your advices or tips?
