I am starting my fitness journey. I have been on and off but now I really want to be consistent and starting to look out for what I eat.
I try using online resources but it so confusing. So I guess I want to ask here on this platform:
I am 5ā4
My weight swings between 135-140
For the past month I work out 4 x a day (feel like Iām not seeing results)
Goal is to try to gain muscle weight and mass
I guess I am trying to have the same physique as Bretman Rock - current body is like skinny and a little fat
I sometimes struggle to eat three times a day just due to busy schedule and corporate job
What are some of your advices or tips?
