I struggle with really bad self esteem issues. Iām always ashamed of my body and get very envious whenever athletes/muscular guys show off their bodies. Iām 28 and often people are shocked when I tell them my age. I really want to get married and have kids one day but feel like my time is running out. Can anyone give some advice?
