Hi All! Iβve been noticing that on my assisted pull ups and some other exercises of mine (bicep curls, shoulder press and lateral raises) have been getting weaker. I am seeing progress but honestly itβs been pretty slow, but people have been saying I look like workout now which is nice π
My current program is PPL 6 times a week. I struggle to sleep honestly but I have been sleeping well these past couple of days and I eat about 3 k calories per day (6 ft and 182 pounds 22 years old).
Am I doing something wrong here? Maybe working out too much? Or eating to little? Please lmk and any tips would be nice.
