Do you ever feel that other gay dudes don't accept your masculinity?
Post Body

I am recently out of college and had an issue with other gay dudes who were more on the flamboyant side not accepting me into their community because they felt I wasn't being myself due to being to much of a "bro."

That is who I am though, and I was very successful and social in college, president of my fraternity, etc etc, but never got in real good terms with the "gay crowd." I am working in the real world now and still having these problems. It would be nice to hear some other stories or some words of encouragement from other gay bros like me.

EDIT: I went to bed after posting this and woke up to find a lot more comments than I expected. I really thank everyone for their responses in my first post as part of /r/gaybros. Thank you and I look forward to continuing these discussions with many of you.
