I am on the way out of a long relationship with my first and only sex partner and all I want to do is suck dick. I never had to worry about STDs and am kind of clueless regarding them. I was kind of surprised to find out the risk of transmission is close to the same as unprotected anal, or at least that's the impression I got from a brief googleing of the subject. How real is the risk?
