I'm a huge data junkie and have been tracking my workouts with an app called "strong" on my apple watch. My watch is near the end of its life so I just ordered a new watch - gonna give the forerunner 955 a try. Seems like it has a ton more metrics. To what extent do you guys use your smart watches? Any tips? I'd be really curious about tracking my sleep since I have a horrible sleep schedule.
Funny enough I found a smart watch in the shower at the gym and I literally forgot to take it with me on the way out, when I went back to get it it was gone . I wonder if the rightful owner found it.
