I know I missed work out Wednesday but I need some suggestions...
Post Body

I have an arthritic lower back. I have had most of my life. When I attempt to do standard abdominal work outs like crunches or situps, I have A LOT of pain in my lower back to the point where that is more limiting to me getting a good ab work out than the actual abdominal muscle fatigue. My back spasms out before I can get a good work out in. So my question is, does anyone know of ab workouts that I can do that will limit the strain on my lower back or remove it all together. I am sure I am not the only one with a bad lower back who wants to be fit :-)
