• as of January 5, till end of month - no porn. If I want to cum, I can, but only with help of my fantasy. No porn applies also when not jerking (only dick I should see is mine).
• if I want to jerk off, I need to be completely naked and lying in my bed
• no limitation to orgasms so far, but I try to keep it as low as possible. More strict rules will follow in February, once I see how this month looked like.
• body hair maintenance - I must keep shaved pubic hair, balls, chest, armpits, and hole. Rest of the body hair must be trimmed.
