What am I picturing?

I am picturing a sub or slave who gives control over certain aspects of their lives which they feel comfortable having controlled. This will include tasks and things to develop in a way which I want my slave to develop. What would I want?

For starters, I would like a face picture. I understand not wanting face in every picture, but I want to know who I am talking with and I will reciprocate. I don't want to waste time having the conversation with someone I'm not interested in. During the dynamic, I would expect pictures/videos, but would understand leaving face out.
