Seriously Confused

So I came home from work to my boyfriend passed out in bed, I went to set his alarms on his phone because he has a habit of forgetting and I saw an app to track periods. Is this something that I should be concerned about. He’s bi but but is there something beneficial for a man to track periods that I’m completely unaware of.
If helps he’s not trans either.
