Anal pressure / pain after fingering

When I hooked up recently the other person had fingered me vigorously. I told him it hurts and he stopped . But I have pain in rectal area while standing or sitting or pooping. I don’t see blood in poop or while wiping my butt. I went to doctor. He asked me to apply preparation h which I am doing for last few days but no relief yet. Anyone experienced similar things ?
