Have been using the tapes for a while now but never went beyond focus 12 since the waves go up to 4 or 5 with focus 12 and a lot of it focuses on OBE which I'm not interested in. I wanted to use the tapes for self Mastery in terms of energy because I'm someone who is extremely sensitive and tapped into spiritual energies and find it really damn hard to disconnect. So for me, I want to learn it to disconnect from unnecessary energies rather than to connect. Because I could be extremely psychic if I wanted but I don't want it. I just want to master my own energies and no longer let others energies affect me so automatically and deeply as if they were my own. Anyone can guide me on this? Please help. I never receive any comments from my questions on here for some really weird reason!
