Every time I do the tapes (with breaks in between) I struggle with not falling into what I think is a lucid dream sleep? I always have vivid images of scenery, people talking, sometimes I'm in it or not, and i have to focus really hard not to go into them so I can hear what robert has to say. Because il literally become immersed in some scenes, then go shit what did he want me to do lol. Unlike meditation with intrusive thoughts distracting me, it's like intrusive dreams lol. It's like those dreams just before you wake up in the morning. It's just odd that I fall into them so quick with the tapes and force myself to come out.
Is this my brain going into theta? Or are these scenes apart of the process? Does anyone else get this? Or what is your take? Thankkkks
