I’ve been doing the sessions around 5 times per week since September and am yet to experience anything like this. Usually the imagery pop up, I feel relaxed all over and see some cool stuff that keeps me coming back.

Last night while I was doing it I experienced instead of the gradual change in visuals it was like someone turned a switch on and jumped forward to a different state and was disassociated from my earlier spot. I was surrounded by stars in blackness that had a different feeling than when I experienced it before. The quickness of it all almost reminded me of DMT trips how your state can change rapidly.

I am yet to AP so I used this moment to try to sit up outside my body but my astral self didn’t leave my body and quickly lost the state of awareness I was in. Was definitely a unique experience. Has anyone had this happen?
