I have been doing the tapes for about 4 months roughly twice a day almost everyday ive never moved passed the first wave. I've had slight vibrations before and have been OBE as a child one but last night was the first one I had as am adult. I finished some breathwork then proceeded to listen to the lucid dreaming tape, 60 kins in I got up frustrated with that fact I could sleep. I stayed up a bit before finally getting tired enough to sleep. When I laid my head down I toss and turned a good bit but finally relaxed. The vibrations came on extremely quick all over my body and I thought this is it! It felt like I was shoved backwards towards my roof (I sleep on my stomach) everything was blurry so I yelled "clarity now!" Which prompted slammed me back in the physical. I quickly wrote down what happened and passed out. Funny enough, I spend 8 mins just writing that I will recall and control my dreams but in the end I can't remember a single one XD
