The dreaded 8 AM finals. Tomorrow is not gonna be fun
The issue is not studying, nor is it other work that needs to be done now. I am just so unreliable at waking up that I am concerned. I have the 'military bugle wake up' theme as my alarm at max and have even used speakers and its not enough, vibrating alarms didn't, etc. Even sleeping now and getting 9 hours (cause I can take online) wouldn't be reliable as I will randomly sleep between 8-13 sometimes. (Heck today was from 12:30AM to 12 PM with hard to snooze alarms at 8 and 9 and 10)
Unless you have suggestions for something reliable and immediate, the all nightery is necessary. (No I cannot rely on a roommate for this)
Another big issue is that caffeine does nothing for me. No clue why, but coffee replacing water will not keep me awake, though I am seriously considering drinking way too much water in the hopes that I will wake up to use the restroom if I doze off.
Any advice for ways to keep up and not be too dead for the exam? I don't consider this final to be the most difficult and its open note so I do not need to exhaust myself studying. It's just about ensuring I am awake at 8 AM to noon for it which I cannot trust to happen if I sleep.
Tl;dr: Can't trust myself to wake up in time. How do I all nighter w/ 8AM Final if caffeine doesn't do anything and I don't have to work on anything over the night? Goal is reliably stay up without exhausting myself pre exam where reasonable. (so no all nighter workout)
Edit: WE Survived. I still feel ok but sleep time.
Even just replying seems to help as reading comments as they come is not intensive but has some motivation; Ideal for keeping up but not burning all my energy before my final.
I also got another one of these Wednesday so advice that requires a day's prep is also appreciated as It will be used or I will be doing this twice.
