Son of a bitch, this shit's infuriating. The hvac crap in our room just blows in cold air when turned on. Do they ever adjust the hvac system in time before the entire dorm sends them complaints?

I'm at woodruff north. I used to be at Smith during the last school year. It was terrible. It took them about a week to turn on the heaters. Couldn't stand studying or doing HW in my dorm, but at least I could sleep fine under a couple of sheets... as opposed to that time in spring when it began to get hot.

The mofos wouldn't turn off the heater for a week. As a result, we'd have to leave our window open and enjoy the beautiful sounds of North Ave. traffic as well as the soothing groans of multiple garbage trucks at 4.25 AM. The situation would get even better when the garbage trucks started samba drumming with the dumpsters. Some days into the week, our room would become infested with insects.
