Has anyone lost too much weight?

47 yo male, 6'1"
HW: 325 SW: 312 GW: 193 CW: 188
I'm getting close to 15% body fat per DXA scan and still losing weight. I don't want to drop below that very much but even with increased fat intake, I'm only able to consume around 2000 calories. DXA calculates my BMR at around 2000 calories, but because I'm pretty active now, I estimate that I burn closer to 3000 calories a day, sometimes more. Curious if anyone else ran into this and how they overcame it?
