I just finished day 3 of the pre-op diet. 10 more to go. It's not as bad as I thought it would be, but it's still not great. I have 2 Premier Protein shakes a day that I sip on, one solid meal, and then two small snacks that are less than 100 cals each. I find that I end up in the low 900s for the day.
Anyone have food suggestions for meals other than grilled chicken and salad?
