Post Body

Anybody ever try having congee or juk during the puree phase? Im not sure about it since it does us white rice and i’m hoping not to upset my stomach, but i’ve been tolerating mostly everything fine and had no dumping syndrome mishaps. I’m a chef and i’m thinking that it would be a similar reaction to grits or cream of wheat.
