Honestly lost. I’ve been eating nothing but like chicken strips ( frozen grilled ones ) and like eggs , veggies and meat really. I’ve had cereal and other drinks like iced tea and lemonade. I had chic fil a nuggets like 2 weeks ago and yesterday I forgot my lunch and had panda ( chicken and veggies). I chew all my Food thoroughly and well. My roommate has been super supportive and making foods I can eat as well. im to scared to try any form of rice and pasta. I’ve had cauliflower rice which is good. I just wish I knew what else I could eat. I look up food on Pinterest or the internet and I get purée looking foods. I wanna know what you guys ate. My dr is no help she just tellls me to follow my book but my book doesn’t really help. Pls help
