So usually I make extra dinner the night before to have some breakfast in the morning. Well, there’s been times where I was short and didn’t have left overs. and today I woke up a little bit late. I’m just curious what do you guys do for breakfast in the morning one in a rush or being late?
That has high protein. I drink shakes but it doesn’t seem to fill me up.
