200 pounds later, and I'm still liking the results, but have ways to go.
A wound issue is, unfortunately, causing my slowness of losing more weight. It's bad enough that the docs told me not to work out which, really sucks, because I was really enjoying working out for the first time in my life. So, here's hoping I can get that sorted out so I can get back on that ball and get it rolling again.oying working out for the first time in my life. Before the surgery. Surgery weight was 381.
At the very least, I put on 30 pounds and I put myself on Zepbound to stabilize the weight and haven't gained too much and currently back to dropping weight again. The wound is currently healing (finally) and hopefully I can begin a workout program again.
Either way, I'm still happy with my results and you can clearly tell the surgery worked.
Five years later and I am still going strong with nearly 200 pounds lost at current weight of 243.
I'm super proud of the work I put in, I just wish I can workout again. Hopefully I will be able to do so soon!

Thank you so much, it's been a long journey, but once this wound heals, I will be doing everything I can to get back into the gym.
