How long was your longest stall and how did you break it? When did you resort to weight loss medications?

I’ve been in a stall for about 5 months although I’m being consistent with my diet and physical activity. My surgeon and PCP think I should start Mounjaro and I am one year post op. Meeting with a nutritionist to make sure it’s not diet related.

I’ve increased physical activity and increase protein intake but no movement in scale. Any tips would be appreciated — also I’m tracking calories too so it’s a bit confusing, I do have PCOS so maybe that’s causing some hindrance but I’m not sure.

Comments

Persistence and a review of my diet and eating habits. Also getting off my arse and being active again.
