I failed, how do I return back to losing weight?

I had executive dysfunction for years now, I couldn't stop eating, I reached 110 Kgs , my health was worsening, so I had gastric sleeve. I lost like 14 kilos, then returned back to my old habits, its been a year of remaining on 94 kgs and now Im starting to GAIN,
Now im 95.5 kgs. I need help, any tips?
