Surgery tomorrow

Got my surgery tomorrow and for the past 3 months I haven’t been worried at all. Today all of sudden Im nervous now and just been thinking about it. What did you guys do to calm yourselfs?
Update. Surgery went well and after the first few hours the pains fairly not bad. Thanks everyone for the advice and help!
