is it too soon to introduce some sugar back?
Post Body

i’ve been fairly sugar free (besides fruits!) for the past 3 months. im about 3 months post-op and tolerating food really well! tomorrow i’m going out with friends and i wanted to try this mango milk tea they have at the restaurant, but i’m nervous about dumping syndrome happening or if i’m doing this too soon! i am going to continue not having sugars and stuff but i’m wondering if having a bit of sugar would have bad results?
