In reading and researching my options (based on my doctors suggestions), for the post op diet and obligations, I’m consistently seeing and reading restrictive and low caloric diets and intense exercise regimes. As a person who struggles with food addiction, that has helped to land me in my current predicament, how can I expect to be able to stick to such a strict diet plan? My dr had mentioned walking every day then leading into workouts with a trainer… I just can’t see how this is doable… I am so inspired by many of you so far, but if I was able to take on a restrictive diet and rigors exercise routing, would I even be obese? I am just struggling tonwrap my head around the mental and physical aspects. I appreciate any and all feedback here to help me decide how to move forward.
