1 yr post op- STALL need advice to return to the basics
Post Body

Hi all I’m a year post op and I’m down 100lbs which I am so happy about! However I still have 30lbs to lose before I reach my surgeons goal weight for me. I really want to reach that goal by my 18 month mark.

The problem is that I keep gaining and losing the same 5lbs and I have only lost 10lbs in the past 90 days.

So I really need advice on how to break this stall!

Frankly, I haven’t been doing my part to stick to the rules in the last 90 days either. Since that was around the holidays I just got into poor eating habits of snacking and not waiting 30 mins between wager and meals. I’m also not meeting protein, water, or vitamin goals.

I know that’s a lot of the reason for this stall; so please just be nice and kind and mostly really looking for advice on how to get back to the basics and back on track!
