How to get back on track 8 months post op?
Post Body

Hi all so I’m just now 8 months post op and 80lbs down. Honestly I’m proud of that, but I still have a lot more to go before I hit goal. This month of September is the only month that I haven’t lost any weight; I’ve actually gained 1.5lbs.

The reason I fell off was because of a 2 week period that completely threw off my hormones and me off of my game. Even started to feel very depressed and anxious. I started eating a lot of junk food, eating out every day, and just not hitting water or protein goals.

Now that the period is over, and my mood is stabilizing, I want to get back on the grind and keep losing this weight! I have 80 more lbs to lose! And now that im closer to a year post op im getting nervous!

What is you best advice that you have for me to help me get back on track quickly? What has helped you get back to following the rules and diet after having experienced a bad eating month? How can I get motivated again too keep going?
