I messed up; 2 week period 🥺 Girls?
Post Body

I really need advice, support, and encouragement.

I really messed up on my diet and exercise routine the last 2-3 weeks. It was all kicked off by an awful 13 day period after not having one since May. I am on birth control and basically I started having irregular periods right after my surgery. I am 8 months post op and this is the 3rd one I’ve had since then and the worse one. I’ve never had a period this long.

Anyways, it really fucked me up mentally, physically, and emotionally. I turned into a nervous wreck, got really depressed, and I started to binge eat to the point of exhaustion and pain. I think my period is over today, but I still feel like shit. I’ve gained 4.4lbs this month from all of this.

What can I do to slowly and gently get back on track? Also do you think there’s anything like a pouch reset that I could do?

Has anyone dealt with extreme hormonal fluctuations like this?
