Post Body

Well, I made it almost 3 months without the dreaded big stall. For the past almost 3 weeks now, I’ve lost and put on the same 2ish pounds. I’m sure it’s just one of these stalls but I didn’t hit the 3 week one so this is my first. I know I have no place to complain. I’m down a total of 70lbs since surgery the first week of November, but it sure feels discouraging. Anybody have any stall-buster tips? I’m starting to slowly incorporate some weekly exercise but nothing too crazy. 20-30 minutes of rowing 2-3x/week and occasional resistance band work outs. Using the factor meal prep meals and only eating about half of each meal at best. Maybe just need some encouragement from those a bit further along than my measly 3 months. Hahaha
