Iโm doing the half marathon coaching plan with coach Greg. I plan to do the optional second parts of the workouts, but I keep pressing the wrong button and skipping straight to cool down or the end of the workout.
However last night when I decided not to press anything it went to a 5minute cool down and then the optional part of the workout started.
Which button do I press to automatically progress to the optional part? If I press the wrong button I donโt seem to be able to go back and resume this specific optional part.. hope this made sense, thanks.
