I posted a while back about needing a better soaker hose for my rain barrel. People told me I needed a rain barrel specific soaker hose that is meant for low flow. So after some searching Mr Drip came up and has a whole system of low/no flow soaker hose meant for rain barrels.

So I ordered one with the filter they said is required. I waited for a rain to fill up my barrel and hooked it up.

Zero flow. None. It was worse than my soaker hose not made for rain barrels. So I shot off an email to the company asking for a return. No response. A few days later I emailed again with no response.

So I had to do a charge back on my credit card

So PSA: Mr Drip has bad products and bad customer service.
